In the analytics sections, you will have a clear perspective of the entire learning process by generating graphics for time spent on courses/resources, most active students structured on courses/resources/departments.

Analytics will be displayed for the following types of roles:

Trainer

As a Trainer, I want to have an overview image of my courses taken by employees.

See result data- how many students:

– took a course
– finish the course

– in which period of time the course was finished
– times per lecture (when we ‘go deep’ in the report)

– responses to challenges
– all the materials, like files, links were accessed

Client Manager

As a Client Manager, I want to have an overview image of my employees’ activities

• Result data – as follows- employee data

– in which period of time the course was finished
– times per lecture (when we’go deep’ in the report)

– responses to challenges
– all the materials, like files, links were accessed

– time spent on course
– time spent on a lecture
– no. of downloaded resources/employee
– no.of graduates per course
– top courses (this can be seen as a dashboard with all the following data)

• Highlight top courses that people view ( with an increase/decrease in # of viewers)

• Top resources

– top students (this can be seen as a dashboard with all the following data)

• List of people per department/courses/resources

• Everything from the above description of Client Manager’ type of analytics

As an employee, I want to have an overview image of my learning activities

  • the history of accessing the platform
  • the history of courses
  • the history of accessed resources
  • progress for all the courses where is/were enrolled
