With the Partner Manager or Client Manager Role, you have to enter the main menu at Management- Administration- Jobs.
In Knolyx you can assign functions/company jobs to every employee. Every organization can define the types of company jobs that you want.
In order to create a new job in your company, you need to have a Partner Manager role and select Administration from the Management button in the menu bar.
Fields to be defined when creating a new job:
- Title – the name of the job
- Description – a short summary regarding the job responsibilities
- Roles – the permissions of the job
- Status – active or inactive. The status depends on job availability.
